This page tracks all active company subscriptions, their costs, and upcoming renewal dates. Update this page whenever a subscription is added, changed, or cancelled.

Notes¶
Note: Review subscriptions 30 days before each renewal date to confirm seat counts and plan tiers are still appropriate before charges process.
Adding a New Subscription¶
When a new subscription is purchased, add a row to both tables above with:
- Vendor — company or service name
- Plan — tier or plan name
- Users / Seats — number of licensed seats or
Unlimitedif not seat-based - Billing Cycle —
Annual,Monthly, orOne-time - Start Date — date the subscription commenced (
YYYY-MM-DD) - Renewal Date — next renewal or expiry date (
YYYY-MM-DD); for monthly plans, use the next monthly billing date - Annual Cost — total annual spend in USD; for monthly plans, multiply the monthly rate × 12
- Notes — brief description of what the subscription is used for
